Pittsburgh, PA, July 9, 2018 — System One announced the acquisition of Transformer Repair Utility Services (TRUS), a utilities services firm based in Beulaville, North Carolina. Under the agreement, TRUS operates as Utility Partners of America (UPA), a System One company.

UPA and TRUS combine their utility service capabilities to expand the depth and breadth of offerings throughout the United States. UPA employs more than 650 full-time employees serving utilities in nearly 20 service territories throughout the United States.
