System One acquired NTP Wireless, a wireless site acquisition company headquartered in Chicago. NTP Wireless maintains its brand but operates as part of MOUNTAIN, LTD., a System One division.

NTP Wireless provides site acquisition services including site identification, permitting, leasing and zoning services, and supports mobility infrastructure through custom solutions in small-cell technology, new site builds and site modifications that enhance network capacity and coverage range. Terms were not disclosed.
