Envoy Solutions, the Glenview, Illinois-based holding company, announced the acquisition of Penn Jersey Paper Co., Philadelphia. PJP is a nearly 60-year-old company with a significant presence in the Mid-Atlantic as a distributor of cleaning products, foodservice disposables, and janitorial supplies.
